Welcome to this week’s installment of SwiftKey Keyboard Tips & Tricks! With the recent release of SwiftKey 6.0 for Android, we have a new tip to share.
With SwiftKey 6.0, we released a freshly designed emoji panel – but there was something missing that the community told us about… and we listened!
We’ve now updated the emoji panel so that it stays light or dark, depending on the theme you’ve chosen.
There is actually no setting for this; it’s automatic. When you select a dark theme, the emoji panel will be dark. When you’re using a light theme, the emoji panel will be light.
Check out the images below.
Pro tip: If you noticed in the screenshots, SwiftKey has added the new Android 6.0.1 emoji and is currently live on our beta app. Join the beta now to get your hands on the new emoji!
